What the service list means

A service shown here may not be appropriate or available for every patient or every visit setting. The clinician evaluates the concern and explains reasonable next steps.

  • Portable imaging may be coordinated with an outside provider.
  • Wound therapies depend on clinical orders, coverage, and equipment availability.
  • Care that requires a separate facility is discussed and coordinated when appropriate.
