Each of our podiatrists is highly trained, board-qualified, and experienced in delivering comprehensive foot and ankle care through home visits. Dr. Eui Tae Kim, DPM

(Medical Director)

Dr. Kim, Eui Tae (Egan Kim), is a 1.5 generation Korean-American podiatrist who recently settled down in the Chicago area. Dr. Kim graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed three years of podiatry residency in Staten Island University Hospital at Northwell, Staten Island, NY.

Dr. Kim received extensive training in limb salvage, diabetic foot care, forefoot surgery, and other podiatric medicine. Dr. Kim is fluent in Korean.

Dr. Conway McLean, DPM

Dr. Conway McLean is a physician practicing foot and ankle medicine and surgery
in the greater Chicago area. McLean is triple board certified in surgery, wound
care and orthotic therapy (ABFAS, APWH, ABPO [former]).

He has lectured on
many topics to the general public and physicians alike and is a former full time
professor of surgery. Dr. McLean is married with 4 children, 4 grandchildren and 3
dogs. He is an avid artist, sculptor and musician.

Dr. Victoria Chirman, DPM

Dr. Victoria Chirman is a new physician to Illinois Mobile Foot. She is excited to be able to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to her patients.

Dr. Chirman earned her medical degree from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago. She then completed three years of surgical residency at St. Vincent Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida and Loretto Hospital in Chicago, where during her third year she served as a Chief resident.

Dr. Chirman received an extensive training in wound care, diabetic limb salvage, foot and ankle surgery and Sports Medicine. She is passionate about giving her patients the best care possible. She speaks English and Russian.

Dr. John Yuhas , DPM

Dr. John Yuhas has been in private practice since completing his residency in 2019. He graduated from Des Moines University in 2016 and completed his 3-year residency at Baylor Scott & White Health in Temple, TX.

He is a member of the APMA, IPMA and is ABFAS board qualified. He is well trained in all aspects of podiatry and focuses on treating patients with: heel pain, toe pain, ingrown toenails, joint pain, hammertoes, arthritis, nerve pain, ulcer/wound care and routine foot care.

Dr. Fahad Tahir , DPM

Dr. Fahad Tahir is a Chicagoland native who completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University. He completed his residency training in Chicago, where he gained extensive experience in both medical and surgical foot and ankle care.

His clinical interests include sports medicine and wound care, with a focus on evidence-based, patient-centered treatment.

Dr. Craig Carter , DPM

Dr. Craig Carter is proud to join the physician team at Illinois Mobile Foot. He is excited to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in Chicagoland.

Dr. Carter earned his degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed a four-year surgical residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, a high-volume Level 2 Trauma Center in the Bronx. Dr. Carter was appointed Chief Resident during his final year of training, when he began to teach and mentor students and interns.

Dr. Carter received extensive training in wound care, diabetic limb salvage, trauma and foot & ankle surgery. He is passionate about working collaboratively with patients to provide optimal outcomes.

Dr. Soyoung Kwon , DPM

Dr Soyoung Kwon is a licensed podiatric physician and a graduate of the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL. She completed a three-year residency program in Chicago and practiced at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago, IL, gaining extensive clinical experience in foot and ankle care. She values building strong relationships with her patients and believes that quality care begins with listening, trust, and clear communication.

Dr Kwon provides comprehensive foot and ankle care with a special focus on home visits and geriatric patients, helping individuals remain comfortable, mobile, and independent in their own homes. She carefully assesses and manages geriatric and diabetic foot conditions, including nail care, wounds, and peripheral arterial disease, while emphasizing patient education on proper foot care to promote long-term health and prevent complications.

She is fluent in Korean and has worked closely with the Korean senior community since 2012, allowing her to deliver culturally sensitive care and communicate effectively with patients and their families.

Dr. Vsevolod Grinberg, DPM

Dr. Vsevolod Grinberg is a Chicago North Suburbs native dedicated to exceptional patient care. He began his medical career as an ER technician at NorthShore University HealthSystem, earned his undergraduate degree from University of Illinois Chicago, and graduated at the top of his class from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.

He completed three years of advanced medical and surgical training at Jefferson Hospital System, specializing in comprehensive foot and ankle care. Dr. Grinberg then practiced in Connecticut, serving as an attending physician at Yale Hospital System and Connecticut Orthopedic Surgical Center, where he also taught surgical residents. In 2024, he returned home to Illinois and is proud to serve the Chicagoland community.Dr. Grinberg treats a full array of foot and ankle conditions both conservatively and surgically. He believes in exhausting conservative care prior to surgical intervention. Dr. Grinberg is board certified in foot surgery by The American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) and is a member of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS). He is fluent in both English and Russian.
